At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are partnered with a PE backed behavioral healthcare client on a Interim Controller search. As an Interim Controller in Nashville, TN, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations on a temporary basis. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in revenue recognition and management, along with CPA certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage contract billing and collections to optimize cash flow and minimize revenue leakage.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial controls and processes.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for management review.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team during this transitional period.
Requirements:
CPA certification.
Proven experience in revenue recognition and management within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and drive results under pressure.
