Position Summary & Job Description

With a future focused on growth, we are looking for a Junior Accountant to add to our dynamic team. Successful candidates in this position have had the ability to contribute to our company’s growth in a rewarding environment that is focused on professional development through business opportunities. More specifically, the responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Revenue analysis and billing
• Lease accounting
• Review of expenditures for proper accounting treatment
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Tenant reconciliations and research
• Assist in the preparation of various monthly reports and reconciliations
• Review and interpretation of contracts
• Assist in the preparation of various annual budgets, re-forecasts, and regular financial statements
• Confidential and time sensitive projects assigned by senior executives and investors
• Playing an active role in the acquisition process of new investment opportunities

Qualifications, skills, and abilities

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics

· Minimum 3 years of experience

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within strict timelines

· Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products as well as other major accounting platforms. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Spreadsheet Server is a plus.

· Self-starter with a competitive, success-oriented mindset

· Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Compensation ($60,000 - $80,000)
