Workday System Analyst


We are looking for a professional with 1-3 years of Workday HCM Experience, with knowledge of Data Topics - Data migrations from Legacy Systems, HR Processes User Training & Support, and continuous improvements.


YOUR TASKS

  • Support Workday Implementation: Assist in the end-to-end deployment of Workday by contributing to planning, scoping, and configuration tasks. Collaborate with senior team members to ensure alignment between business objectives, HR needs, and Workday functionalities. Provide support during post-launch optimization activities.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Assist in the migration of HR data from legacy systems into Workday. Support the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • User Training & Support: Provide basic training to HR teams and end-users, focusing on Workday features relevant to their roles. Offer first-line technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Project Support: Work closely with project managers to help coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables. Contribute to ensuring the implementation remains on schedule and meets HR requirements.
  • Process Improvements: Support the identification of opportunities for improving HR workflows using Workday's features and assist in implementing new functionalities.


YOUR PROFILE

  • 1–3 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday (Workday certification or training is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, benefits, or talent management; hands-on experience with at least one HRIS module is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of data migration and system integration principles; prior exposure to data-related projects is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, particularly in testing and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR and IT colleagues effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HRIS space.


This is an English-speaking role paying up to €50,000. Can be worked 100% remotely but all applicants must have full right to work within the European Union.
