Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the Learning and Development (L&D) team in the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives.

What you're responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of learning and development programs, including orientation sessions, training workshops, and leadership development programs.
  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, materials preparation, and participant registration throughout the US
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for training inquiries and provide information and assistance to employees regarding available learning opportunities.
  • Coordinating and accessing employee eligibility for the TAP.
  • Connecting with universities, colleges and other institutions
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations, and resources for both in-person and online learning formats
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to develop and deliver training content and programs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to continually improve program effectiveness

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
