Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Learning & Development Specialist to work on a 3 month project. During this engagement you will be responsible for helping our client to build out a series of learning modules to help their channel partners earn a Sales Professional Accreditation.

The ideal candidate has helped other high-tech companies to develop and execute a partner learning curriculum and is up to speed on industry best practices.

This is estimated to be 3 month project with Channel Impact and is open to candidates within the U.S.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining exceptional eLearning and training solutions
• Collaborating and consulting with the client to identify key knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with learning objectives.
• Crafting and designing documentation that communicates learning objectives, content structure, assessment measures, and learning impact
• Developing effective learning materials using eLearning authoring tools
• Providing routine administrative functions such as maintaining courseware and running reports
• Developing courses, lessons, evaluation tests, and feedback surveys.
• Assisting in training program execution, logistics, and reporting analytics
• Engaging with program sponsors to develop change strategies

What you bring:

• 3+ years of partner learning and development experience for a high-tech company (REQUIRED)
• Ability to craft and maintain multiple courses at a time (REQUIRED)
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills
• BA or BS in a related field of study
