Experienced Training Associate Opportunity

Requirements For Training Associate

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities Of Training Associate

Analysis and Design:

  • Conduct analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for training programs

Performance Support

  • Provide technical expertise in creating performance support tools such as communications, job aids, and implementation guides

Learning Approaches

  • Suggest suitable blended learning strategies involving instructor-led training, eLearning, simulations, and supportive materials

Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless training initiatives.
