Erie Forge and Steel, Inc. an industry leading manufacturer of large steel forgings for military and commercial applications for the US Navy and Coast Guard, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years maintenance and supervisory experience or a related college degree. Interested candidates must have a thorough understanding of machinery and building maintenance. In addition to supervising hourly employees, the selected candidate is expected to track maintenance expenditures, coordinate plant maintenance projects and champion continuous improvement objectives.
