Responsible for balancing, triaging, resourcing, tracking, and reporting on creative and marketing projects from multiple internal team members to support the on time (or early) execution and delivery of creative assets and marketing campaigns; proactively identifying, monitoring, problem solving, communicating, and mitigating potential risks. In this role, you will collaborate with Creative / Design teams, Channel Managers, IT, Agency Partners and third party vendors to successfully allocate and prioritize the work. • Collaborate closely with the design team, marketing team, and external partners to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and successful project delivery.
  • Manage print production, including negotiating with vendors, handling print logistics, and tracking inventory and distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work through complex timelines, troubleshoot logistical issues, and manage competing demands of the business.
  • Actively engage in assessing intakes, understanding marketing opportunities, and be heavily involved in print-related projects and activities.

Requirements for Success:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support multiple clients and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of print structure, dependencies, timeline management, and the ability to troubleshoot print-related issues effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Project Management, Brand & Creative, and Marketing experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with print production and content creation tools like Canva.
