As the Plant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success:
You'll establish production priorities, ensure we meet quality and safety standards, and leverage continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the curve.
You'll also play a key role in developing and motivating our team of managers, supervisors, and staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency while fostering a strong company culture.
Manage all areas of plant operations, including administration, production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
Establish production priorities to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
Analyze production reports to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity.
Oversee budgeting, including capital and expense projects.
Lead corporate, customer, and government audits to ensure compliance.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for management and staff.
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
