Marketing Account Manager

The Position:

The Marketing Account Manager will manage the day-to-day marketing needs of a list of agents associated with a specific office location or multiple offices in the Tri-State. Responsibilities range from training and campaign development to creating listing and brand strategies, all in an effort to move the business of the agent forward. This individual will be responsible for their own book of business, but will function as part of an international team of talented and inspiring marketers.

What You'll Do:

• Manage relationships with a dedicated list of agents, and support the marketing needs of their business and their listings
• Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, and other industry-specific advertising
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for custom project management and execution
• Critically approach goals and challenges with listings and brand amplification to create thoughtful marketing plans
• Coordinate print and marketing materials with local vendors
• Work as part of a team of marketers to collectively enhance the service experience for our real estate agents
• Approval of all new listings for compliance and brand guidelines
• Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
• Perform other tasks as directed
  
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years marketing experience
• An interest in client services and relationship building
• Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience is a plus
• Impeccable grammar, proofreading, and copyediting skills
• Excellent project/client management skills (staying organized, managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization (internal and client-facing)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign & Photoshop) is a plus but not required
• Experience with email marketing systems is a plus but not required
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in (sometimes) stressful situations
• An individual contributor who enjoys being part of an energetic team of marketers and fellow staff in the office

Compensation:

Base Salary - $57,000-$63,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
