Pet King Brands Inc. (PKB Inc.) seeks a highly motivated Marketing Program Manager responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and prioritizing all PKB Inc.’s marketing programs and requests. This position will involve collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing on strategic internal and external communication projects. The role will require collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Leadership departments to develop pricing strategies for optimizing profits. The Marketing Program Manager will oversee market research to ensure effective communication of the right message to the appropriate audience. This individual will also support other Marketing team members' projects and timelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Marketing in creating a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement it, while ensuring customer and management satisfaction with proposed campaigns.
• Works collaboratively with the Director of Marketing to track and forecast departmental budgeting with campaign spending. Monitors adherence to campaign budgets by all staff.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with external vendors, responsible for obtaining cost estimates, setting delivery schedules, and fostering strong relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborates with writers, graphic designers, and other key stakeholders as needed to create company advertising content.
• Manages and supervises the entire life cycle of each team member's projects, managing content calendars and schedules deadlines. This role will serve as the backup for all marketing team members.
• Manages project workflows to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and desired ROI for marketing campaigns while tracking progress toward objectives.
• Maintain open communication with Company leadership and departments to ensure successful and accurate project deliverables.
• Monitor the creation of various marketing materials, including websites, promotional emails and newsletters, paid ads, landing pages, and case studies. print collateral, logos, and video production.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Assist with additional tasks for other companies under Pet King Brand Inc. as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications.
• Proficiency in PC software Windows, Microsoft Products (MS 360 Office suite), data collecting, and reporting using MS Excel.
• Experience with Klaviyo, WordPress, and Salesforce.
• Experience with working in a B2B and B2C marketing environment utilizing various forms of marketing collateral (print, digital/web, social, video, presentations)
• Proven history in project management, managing multiple timelines, delivering results in a complex organization, and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A self-starter who prides themselves on the ability to take initiative with a strong customer service spirit.
• Highly collaborative professional who effectively works with cross-functional groups: diplomatic, sensitive to organizational dynamics and demands, creative, flexible, and persuasive with solid writing and verbal communication skills.
• Effective communication skills, writing and verbal.
• Experience working with and enforcing brand style guides is required to appreciate brand strategy from a messaging and visual equities standpoint.
• Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, diplomatic, sensitive to organizational dynamics, creative, flexible, and persuasive.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must have a reliable mode of commuting or be willing to relocate to Austin before starting work (this is mandatory).
• The job involves physically working in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions, extensive people contact and communication, standing or sitting for extended periods, and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.
• You should also be able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs.).
• Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination (such as a computer and a keyboard).
• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard.
• Ability to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation as management approves.
• Finally, good verbal communication skills are essential to exchange information effectively.
