Hiring now for a June Start! Looking for Medical Admin’s local to Phoenix, AZ to work onsite Monday through Friday!! Apply now, limited spots available!

• Position: Health Information Specialist
• Location: Onsite, Phoenix, Arizona 85021
• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Monday – Friday

• Start time flexible between 7:00am – 3:30pm, 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:40pm
• Breaks: one 15 minute break in the morning & one 15 minute break in the afternoon
  

NO time able to be approved off in the first 90 days. If they need time off, they cannot start

Job Description:

• Processing all release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.
• Always safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are following the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.
• Will make outbound calls/receive inbound calls to process requests as needed.
• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
• Responsible for managing patient health records.
  
  

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• 2 years of recent admin or strong call center experience.
• Medical experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring high volume of repetitive tasks; ability to maintain keen attention to detail throughout entire shift
• Basic computer skills including ability to navigate in MS Windows environment
