Every day responsibility is leading M&A transactions and coordinating internal and external activities, supporting the valuation process by collecting and validating pro forma modeling
Work with project finance team
Lead counterparty negotiations
Lead developmental material moving forward
Sit first chair on transactions
Qualifications
At least 7 years of energy industry experience
Bachelor’s in finance, economics, math, science, engineering
