Job Overview
As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while fostering a friendly and professional environment. Combining strong financial acumen with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for maintaining the pulse of the business. This role requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats, with a focus on administrative management and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee office operations, including scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks, including reconciling accounts and managing accounts receivable/payable
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- Support vendor agreements and ensure compliance with service-level expectations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assist with technology-related inquiries and document handling for client and vendor interactions
- Financial Expertise: Proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of bookkeeping basics, including reconciliations
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor, capable of building relationships with internal teams and clients
- Adaptability: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Experience: Prior experience in office management or a similar administrative role preferred
