We're searching for a high energy; customer focused Office Manager to support the daily operations of our business office. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative personnel, maintaining office policies and procedures, and ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to our clients. The Office Manager will manage office budgets, order supplies, and maintain office equipment. She/He will be the point of contact for all office/business related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring an expedient and appropriate response is provided. The Office Manager will ensure all office tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
  • Promote and ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for management.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
  • Creates and updates databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Tracks and replaces office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Qualifications:

  • HS graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and various office software.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Background in office management or a related field.
  • Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
