Job Description
Office Manager Position Available
Location: [St. Petersburg, FL]
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (No weekends)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee our business suites and virtual office tenants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, office management, and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of business suites
Coordinate and support virtual office tenants
Handle tenant inquiries and issues promptly
Invoice and receive payments using QuickBooks
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Finance background highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
