We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team. The Operations Assistant will assist with daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Maintain and update operations documentation and records.
- Operational Coordination:
- Support the operations team in daily tasks and projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize data related to operational activities.
- Input and verify data in various systems and databases.
- Generate and distribute regular reports to management.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new procedures and systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of operational changes.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Communicate with customers and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of contracts and service agreements.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software and databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
