Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Trade Support: Provide direct assistance to our trading, capital markets, quantitative, and fundamental investment teams. Execute pre- and post-trade operational controls across diverse asset classes.
• Stock Loan & Portfolio Financing: Oversee our daily locate and financing optimization processes. Source borrow color and liquidity for portfolio managers.
• Operational Risk Management: Manage our operational risk platform to ensure robust control measures are in place.
• Regulatory Disclosure: Monitor, produce, and submit essential reports such as 13D, 13F, and 13H.
• Asset Servicing & Capital Markets: Keep abreast of upcoming corporate action events. Process mandatory and voluntary events in real-time. Research and summarize key event details for investment teams. Handle portfolio managers' elections and liabilities across multiple asset types including equity, CFD, options, CDS, and bonds. Execute proxy voting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a proven track record of academic or professional achievement.
• Experience in credit or rates is preferred from a buy-side firm.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex scenarios and critical thinking.
• Intellectual curiosity, self-starter mentality, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of personal responsibility.
• Experience working with Python for automating tasks
