As the Outlet Planner, you will provide support to achieve financial merchandise strategies to maximize sales, profit, inventory, and turn objectives for the Jimmy Choo Outlet stores for US and Canada. You are an experienced planner who can handle high volumes and a fast-paced environment. This position will collaborate cross functionally with our global team, buying, allocations, finance, marketing and store teams to develop business targets and drive alignment across teams.
What You’ll Do:
Create annual, monthly and weekly plans; monitor performance and develop financial strategies to achieve
Manage and update key item planner/OTB monthly
Develop and analyze actionable analysis by classification and by size topline and by store to maximize sales
Track and reconcile monthly receipt flow, sales and inventory for seasonal and MFO styles to optimize sales to stock opportunities
Based on analysis, partner with buyer to make recommendations on MFO assortment
Assist and partner with Allocator to monitor inventory flow and assortment for seasonal and Made for Outlet styles, ensuring stock levels meet current sales trends and maximize readiness for key selling time periods.
Analyze and propose monthly Outlet promotion strategies to drive sales during key traffic times.
Maintain and manage pricing updates according to seasonal and markdown strategy.
Manage and execute detailed weekly/monthly merchandise recaps by style, classification, size and color and hindsight reporting for thorough analysis and identifying needs of the business
Report on Key Performance Indicators such as UPT, conversion, and other retail metrics to analyze outlet performance.
Manage sample sale selection based on depreciated inventory
You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years retail planning experience with merchandising, planning, forecasting and allocation in a retail environment
Highly competent in Microsoft Office, Excel (Proficiency with Macros highly preferred)
Ability to work in NYC office 3 days a week
