Part Time Executive Assistant


We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide Administrative Support to a Regional Vice President in this key growth location at our Charlotte branch. We are looking for someone who has effective communication skills, efficient computer skills, the ability to multitask, a teamwork mentality, and values attention to detail.

This role requires 15 hours of work per week in our Mallard Creek office.

Offering $15.00 - $20.00/per hour depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Client Service: Delivering high-quality customer service to clients, following up as needed, and scheduling and preparing for client reviews.

· Team/Events: Helping with team coordination and event planning.

· Recruiting/Onboarding Support: Assisting in recruitment efforts through conducting pre-screens with potential candidates for interviews, assisting with calendar management, and providing support to candidates in onboarding process.

· Administrative Efficiencies: Developing strong systems to manage existing books of business.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree is preferred

· 1+ years’ experience

· Able to resolve conflict, problems, and function independently

· Demonstrated leadership skills

· Quick to learn and implement new concepts, regardless of outcome

· Proactive decision-making abilities

· Proficient in organizing tasks and prioritizing workloads

· Consistently meets deadlines

· Ability to guide individuals through a process

· Displays good judgement and collaborates as needed

· Understands the importance of confidentiality across all levels of work

· Capable of serving as a liaison and communicating with financial professionals with diplomacy and tact.

· Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

· Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

· Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

· Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.

· Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
