Categories: Junior Partners (5-7 years experience), Partners (7 or more years experience)
Jurisdictions: New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Nevada, California (others considered based on candidate)
Life Health Disability and ERISA (LHDE) Litigator - experienced sponsor/Insurer-side litigation attorney with any amount of portable business or established network to join growing national litigation practice.
Commercial Litigator - experienced commercial litigator with any amount of portable business and established business network and business development skills.
High Severity Personal Injury Defense Litigator - experienced personal injury defense litigator with significant jury trial experience to serve as lead counsel in high severity personal injury actions. Specific experience in following industries preferred but not essential: tree trimming and arborists, utility contractors, liquid petroleum gas (propane) distributors, landscapers, green house growers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate
has experience practicing in a large law firm environment (Am Law, Magic/Silver Circle, or Law360-ranked firm), practice-focused boutique firm, federal or state government, or in-house legal department
is admitted in at least one jurisdiction
has a minimum portable book commensurate with practice and/or demonstrated business development capacity
is entrepreneurial and collaborative; and
is just an objectively good person.
