As the Patient Safety Analyst, you will support various patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, helping to prevent harm to our patients. You will be responsible for:
Reviewing and analyzing data related to patient safety practices, incidents, and outcomes
Preparing moderately complex reports to support the Patient Safety team
Managing and supporting systems used by the Patient Safety team, such as the SOFI event reporting system and electronic systems for documenting significant event reviews
Handling system configurations, user mapping, tracking optimization requests, and troubleshooting concerns
Supporting the Good Catch and Zero Harm recognition programs
Collaborating with Patient Safety leadership to provide system support and generate reports for the Culture of Safety Survey
Salary Range: $31.03-65.90/hourly
