Seeking a temporary PeopleFluent Security Analyst to help us review, document, and optimize our current PeopleFluent security configuration. This is a critical role in ensuring our talent management system is secure and access is granted according to the principle of least privilege.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the system administrator and COE manager to understand the current PeopleFluent security configuration for Talent Management, Succession, Compensation, and other modules.
Work with various business units to gather their input on access needs for different user roles within PeopleFluent.
Document the current security configuration, including user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Identify any potential security gaps or areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement security best practices to optimize the PeopleFluent security configuration.
Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project.
Qualifications
Experience working with PeopleFluent security configurations
Strong understanding of security principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
