Prinsco has a great opportunity for a Plant Manager, overseeing our growing Chatsworth, Illinois plant with 90 employees. This role has a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, plus bonus. The position involves leading production activities, including:
Overseeing all manufacturing, shipping/yard, dispatch, trucking, and customer service operations.
Leading safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on employee engagement.
Driving positive results, operating within budget, achieving KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of ten years of manufacturing management experience required.
In-depth experience with current manufacturing techniques, including safety, quality processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
