The Position:


CosMedical is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our team of Practice Development Specialists, representing our premium medical-grade skincare in a full-time position covering the assigned sales territory of California and Arizona. Candidate must be located within the designated territory of California or Arizona.


Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets will be achieved by generating new business to the territory through strong self-generated prospecting and growing existing customer accounts. You must have excellent selling and communication skills with the ability to uncover needs and sell the value of CosMedical products and services.


Practice Development Specialists act as a resource to their practices through on-going training, business review consultations and marketing/promotional planning.

This position offers competitive earnings potential and the opportunity to oversee sales to Medical Spas, Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists. You can start earning immediate commissions through an established company-provided clientele portfolio, and the potential to generate above-average income with continued new account prospecting, in-field work and high achievement drive.


Responsibilities:

+ 60% of time spent traveling within the territory, including possible overnight stays, to maximize sales opportunities.

+ Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business prospects within the assigned territory, including plastic surgeons, medical spas and dermatologists.

+ Build and maintain trusting relationships with business owners, med-spa management, physicians, aestheticians, and front desk administration.

+ Negotiate and close deals with prospects and existing customers to achieve sales targets

+ Conduct product trainings and special promotional events to drive sales efforts and results.

+ Work between the customer and our Graphic Arts team to facilitate the process of logo and product label creation.

+ Utilize company-provided client portfolio to generate immediate commission potential and align with assigned territory goals.

+ Collaborate with graphics and marketing teams to facilitate creation of label designs, customized marketing collateral and event support materials to align with practice’s brand style and needs.

+ Collaborate for on-going support with Sales Support team for administrative assistance and National Training Manager for ongoing training support.

+ Continually update CRM system with current and accurate customer information and reporting of all customer communications, events, in-field and prospecting efforts.

+ Report directly to the Vice President of Sales to provide regular updates on sales activities and territory performance.


Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred

+ Min. 3+ years proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic skincare industry.

+ Experience successfully selling skincare to/within Medspas, Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist practices strongly preferred.

+ Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

+ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-sufficiency and self-motivation.

+ Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to changing circumstances successfully.

+ Strong initiative and drive to succeed, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and closing deals.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

+ Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

+ Capable of effectively managing time and resources to achieve sales goals and objectives.

+ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed.

+ Demonstratable experience in effectively analyzing and utilizing sales data, reports and computer software applications.

+ Base Salary $80,000+ (commensurate with experience) and competitive commission rates.
