Williams Lea is hiring for a Presentations Associate, Sr. for our New York City office to work Monday to Thursday 10:00 pm to 8:00 am!


Pay: $33.00/hour

The Presentation Associate is a member of the on-site Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service at our client locations. Responsibilities include PowerPoint presentation creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.


Job duties

(* denotes an “essential function”)

  • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
  • Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work
  • Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
  • Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed
  • Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
  • Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
  • Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
  • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
  • Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
  • Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested
  • Adhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policies
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a presentation production environment.
  • Expert level knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and charting in Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
  • Typing skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
