We are seeking a highly skilled Process Controls Engineer with specialized expertise in Honeywell DCS (TDC3000 and Experion PKS) to join our team for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement process control solutions using Honeywell DCS platforms (TDC3000 and Experion PKS).
• Configure and program control systems, including control logic, graphics, and system architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Honeywell hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and validation to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Stay updated on industry trends and Honeywell DCS advancements to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process control engineering, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Honeywell DCS systems (TDC3000 and Experion PKS).
• Strong expertise in Honeywell DCS configuration, hardware, software, and network architecture.
• Proven experience in process control systems within any of the following industries, e.g. pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GAMP, FDA, or ISO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of advanced control strategies and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Honeywell Safety Manager or other SIS platforms.
• Proficiency in other control systems or SCADA platforms.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
