We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Assistant at Little Black Dress Paperie, a prominent luxury wedding invitation studio in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate will support various production tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely finishing touches on all our stationery. Attention to detail and a passion for the craft are essential qualities we value in this role. While art or design experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Position: Production Assistant/Studio Manager
Company: Little Black Dress Paperie (a luxury wedding and stationery design studio)
Type: Part-time, 3 days a week (Monday-Friday, specific days are flexible)
Hours: 10am to 5pm
Hourly Salary: $20/hr
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duties:
Manage incoming orders and ensure quality and correctness
Assist with necessary production and assembly tasks (e.g., tying bows, printing guest addressing)
Ensure items stocked in the studio are always readily available
Pack orders for client pickup
Keep the production and stock room orderly and neat (e.g., breakdown boxes, manage garbage)
Report directly to the Director of Creative Operations
