Production Operations Manager - Solid Rocket Motor Center of Excellence

Responsibilities

  • Define and Develop the Production Operations Team to Support the COE.
  • Develop and execute Production Operations strategies to support COE initiatives and pursuits.
  • Manage Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule of all COE Capital, IRAD, Co-Production, and international production activities.
  • Drive a One LM approach to production and sourcing activities, while leveraging DFM/DFA opportunities throughout the design and development phases.
  • Support COE competitive capture initiatives.
