JOBSITE LOCATION: Maxton, NC

STARTING PAYRATE: $45-$56K annually (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm (weekends only as needed)

JOB SUMMARY: Supervises, coordinates activities, and drives continuous improvement of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages and facilitates production processes and reports daily KPIs.
• Observes packaging operations and inspects products to verify conformance to specification and compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Studies production order and specifications to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of schedule.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces compliance and provides feedback to senior management on company policy improvements.
• Analyzes and identifies root cause of work problems and coach workers in solving work problems.
  
  

Education and Experience Requirements: A minimum of four years related experience and/or training; Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or Associates degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
