The Role
Position: Professional Learning Specialist (Part-Time Temporary)
Duration: August 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Compensation: $36.00/hour - $43.00/hour
What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to school leadership, educators, counselors, support staff, and parents/guardians on utilizing the telehealth solution effectively.
Develop learning resources and materials to support ongoing training efforts.
Identify opportunities for enhancing training programs based on feedback, data analysis, and industry innovations.
Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation and user training.
Maintain accurate records of training enrollment, progress, and completion.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing unique needs and challenges.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
Proficiency in delivering interactive training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
Comfortable working with various computer and internet-based applications.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related roles within educational or healthcare settings.
Interest or experience in interdisciplinary collaboration between education and healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives and goals.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, web video conferencing, and Learning Management Systems.
Proficiency in Gainsight is a plus.
Spanish language proficiency is advantageous but not required.
