Overall responsibility for the organization, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of projects.
Collaborate with consultants to provide leadership and expertise through specialized workshops on regulatory reporting, banking, and financial products.
Advise clients on standard and customized solutions, utilizing your regulatory knowledge.
Ensure the quality of the project and the work done by the team of consultants.
Provide input to the Professional Services country manager regarding project planning, progress, deliverables, risks, and issues.
Participate in status meetings to report on project progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing projects in financial services or professional services organizations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or investment environments.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Certification in PMP or Prince is a significant plus.
Strong experience in managing complex software implementation projects, including full life-cycle management (from inception to post-implementation).
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and technical expertise.
Previous experience with enterprise system integration and deployment is essential.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft tools and database management (SQL) is beneficial.
Ability to deliver presentations and communicate complex concepts to clients.
