Project Manager

Foster Lawson are currently partnered with an industry leading Water/Waste Water Treatment Contractor based in Casa Grande, Arizona who are looking to bring in a Project Manager to help lead a backlog of ambitious projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; oversee and coordinate work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design plans and specifications. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies; prepare and obtain necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
• Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications; conduct inspections ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Communicate project updates, changes, and progress to stakeholders; facilitate project meetings ensuring clear and effective communication with all parties.
• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints; implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones; address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Implement and enforce quality control and quality assurance procedures, as well as safety regulations and standards; conduct safety audits and training sessions for construction teams.
• Oversee project closeout processes, including final inspections / documentation; ensure proper commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant safety certifications
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
