The FUS position is straightforward in the sense that they basically manage leads in our Salesforce
CRM and convert the interested leads into appointments with the acquisition manager (closer) who
closes the deals. All day you will be talking to people to see if they are interested in selling a
property.
As a Follow-up Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our real estate investment
team by being the first point of contact for every lead into our system, and you are responsible for
filtering out the bad from good leads. The good leads will be sent to an appointment and the bad
will be followed up with by you later. With that being said, you decide what leads get through to
Acquisitions, and what leads don’t.
