Real Estate Consultant
Avie is looking for a Real Estate Consultant who will provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate transactions, property management, and investment strategies. You will conduct market research, evaluate properties, and prepare comprehensive reports to assist clients in making informed decisions. Additionally, you will negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, build client relationships, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate transactions, property management, and investment strategies.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Evaluate properties and prepare comprehensive reports, including property assessments, market evaluations, and financial projections.
- Conduct inspections, assess property conditions, and identify necessary repairs or renovations.
- Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
- Provide recommendations to clients on property pricing, marketing strategies, and property staging.
- Stay informed about new real estate developments, construction projects, and zoning regulations that may impact property values.
- Utilize real estate databases, software, and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national real estate regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in real estate consulting or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local and national real estate markets, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive property assessments and financial analyses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in real estate software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Preferably with professional certifications or real estate licenses, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM).
