Receivables Management (Collections) Specialist

LHH (formerly known as Parker + Lynch) is actively working on a direct hire opportunity for a Receivables Management (Collections) Specialist with a large law firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO. The responsibilities of this position will include AR aging, account review and research, customer relationship maintenance, issuance of credit and debit memos, and cash application resolution.

This company has very competitive compensation and above-market benefits including a 10% 401(K) contribution and 20 days PTO. This role will be largely remote with only two days/month in office.

Desired Skills and Experience

- High School diploma required; further education preferred

- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

- Large systems experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written skills
