We have an immediate opening working as a Regional Sales Director for a leading manufacturer of wound care / biologics products. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing the Gulf Coast region with 10 direct reports.


Compensation Profile:

Base: $130-$150K

Total Comp: $250K-$300K+

Car Allowance Full Medical/Dental/Vision

Job Description:

  • Supervise, manage and assist the sales team located in the Territory to maximize sales of the Company's products
  • Sell and manage revenues consistent with targets given by Company
  • Forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop business with major customer accounts
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Solve customer relation issues
  • Report team status to supervisor as required
  • Provide feedback regarding employee performance and assist in performance reviews as requested
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts with Legal Department
  • Maintain all information in CRM system, and enforce usage of CRM by team
  • Produce revenue monthly and rolling 3 monthly forecasts each week based on CRM data
  • Advise Company regarding reimbursement issues
  • Provide product design input
  • Perform other similar duties identified by Company


MUST HAVE 3+ years of sales management experience with a surgical device manufacturer
