Engineer Essentials LLC, a leading training company in the engineering and machining industries, is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team on a contract to hire basis. This pivotal role focuses on providing assistance to our customers through the payment, onboarding, and training processes – ensuring they receive top-tier results.

  • A highly organized professional with an eye for detail, proficient in handling customer documents (invoices, POs, refunds) and managing client information efficiently.
  • A self-managed and proactive problem solver who works autonomously, strongly motivated to take ownership of results and address challenges independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all client onboarding – scheduling virtual and on-site training, coordinating trainer consultation calls, arranging travel, and ensuring a seamless training experience for both instructors and customers.
  • Responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the company’s training calendar.
  • Process invoices and POs – coordinate payments with customer purchasing departments and ensure efficient payment collections using QuickBooks and HubSpot.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to inbound communication and offer general assistance – including answering questions & assisting with transitions to sales via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customers have top-tier training experiences - before, during, and after.
  • Assume full ownership of communication templates, FAQs, and all customer support processes.


Additional Considerations:

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional customer service role.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have commitment to achieving high accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading, proper grammar and reviewing correspondence.
  • Disciplined and resourceful individual who excels in a remote work environment.
  • Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable internet and the ability to answer incoming calls promptly.
  • Strong tech savviness – preferred experience using Microsoft Office365, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
  • Participation in industry tradeshows and events, with a willingness to travel 2-3 times a year.


6-month Contractor (W9) with opportunity for permanent hire

 

Pay: $20 - $25/Hr

 

Location: Remote position - Work from home

 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour/week
