Hiring: Restaurant Regional Vice President of Operations

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Base Plus Bonus and Incentives

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee our restaurant operations across multiple locations. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to achieve regional and corporate objectives, managing P&L to maximize revenue and control costs, and ensuring adherence to corporate standards and safety protocols. Your role will involve cultivating high-performing management teams, driving sales growth, maintaining high food quality and service standards, and fostering a positive work environment. You will analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement, collaborate with HR on employee development and relations, and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the flexibility to travel and work various hours as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in multi-unit restaurant management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 35% and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
