Retention Marketing Manager (Contract)

The Earthling Co. is looking for a highly experienced Retention Marketing Manager Contractor who will help us strategize and execute our customer retention strategies.

The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, customer/community-oriented, passionate, and have great attention to detail.

This role will involve a blend of auditing our email marketing efforts, building campaigns and flows, running AB tests, QA'ing emails, and more.

This role is contract and the hours will fluctuate week to week with growth potential over time.
