#### What Your Role Is:

As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our safety standards across all job sites. Your responsibilities will include:


- **Safety Training Development:** Create, deliver, and document safety training programs across various locations.

- **Safety Records Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records.

- **Safety Inspections:** Conduct regular safety inspections to enforce compliance with safety programs and policies.

- **Hazard Mitigation:** Assist in identifying and mitigating hazards at job site locations.

- **Accident Investigation:** Investigate reportable accidents, injuries, and job damages.

- **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze safety data and compile comprehensive reports.

- **Training Program Development:** Collaborate with local Safety Coordinators and Area Managers to develop training programs that comply with OSHA, NEC, and customer requirements.


#### What Skills You Will Need:

To excel in this role, you will need:


- **OSHA Outreach Trainer:** Certification in OSHA 500 & 501, with the ability to conduct OSHA 10 and 30-hour Construction training sessions (preferred).

- **Industry Safety Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge of industry safety practices, including NESC, DOT, OSHA, and local and state regulations and guidelines.

- **Authorized Trainer:** Authorization to train in first aid, CPR, Fall Protection, Bucket Truck, Bucket Truck Pole Top Rescue, Crane, and Smith Driver.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
