JOB DESCRIPTION:


We have an exciting new opportunity to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking a highly motivated, commercially focused, and detail-oriented person to play a crucial part in supporting sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and optimizing sales performance. This position will move beyond reporting, providing analysis and insights into how we increase revenue in our top accounts. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, making meaningful contributions to our sales initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Sr Director of Planning & Sales Ops, dotted line to Director of Sales and additional direct contact with the VP of Sales & Account Management- Global.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Creating, reviewing, and translating reports into actionable insights and providing recommendations to support overall sales activities across all channels
  • Lead and maintain productive assortments for each account, proactively communicating SKU changes, issuing, and tracking RTV: owning product life cycle
  • Manage the day-to-day work processes around master SKU list, new product forms, and product page updates
  • Point contact between retailers and Regulatory communication/follow-ups (WERCs, global registration, SDS)
  • Work cross-functionally to gather information for all new products and complete new product creation forms
  • Provide general sales reporting and analysis that assists in monitoring sales and revenue performance and utilized for internal and external presentations
  • Be data owner, from multiple sources, ensuring end to end accuracy on key deliverables
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of on shelf and promotional efforts both pre and post launch and assist in ROI analysis
  • Creates ad-hoc measures and reports as required/requested to support the sales team
  • Foster internal collaboration with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Finance, and Trade Marketing
  • Supports in all aspects of selling support and meeting customer needs
  • Active member of our retailer meetings and market week discussions to drive budgeted sales
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)


QUALIFICATIONS:


This role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel), excellent collaboration and communication, and a very high level of attention to detail and organization.

  • 2+ years' work experience in planning, buying, or merchandising
  • Proven understanding of the retail landscape
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel (manipulating files and working with formulas) as well as experience with NetSuite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in data analytics
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in fast paced environment while managing your time effectively.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


  • Lifting: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.
  • Sitting: Must be able to remain in seated and/or standing, position throughout workday.
