About The Role
This position will lead a team of direct sales people who focus on penetrating and closing large accounts in Mexico. The ideal Packsize customer are companies with large volume packaging and shipping needs that would benefit from the On Demand Packaging® solution. This position will report to the VP of Sales-West and will have new business, gross margin, and territory profitability requirements. They will develop and guide the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Managers (AMs) as they sell new business and implement account specific business plans; achieve account profitability and sales targets; and provide account prioritization and strategy. This role will also have dotted line responsibility for the teams supporting the region including, solutions, program management, customer operations, and finance.

About The Role

What You’ll Do:
- Player/Advisor role with direct reports and their own customer accounts.
- Successfully sell in a multifaceted, strategic sales process and must develop and maintain relationships.
- Manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process related to territory and account opportunities.
- Understand company offerings, how they work and effectively present the value proposition to a customer.
- Understands the changing needs of the corrugated industry and proficient in selling change to C-Suite Executives using a diagnostic process.
- Communicate and present to organization and customers (internal and external) in an atmosphere of cooperation and openness.
- A Commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment with a positive attitude.
- Leads change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while embracing and enhancing company culture.
- Performer as an individual and as a sales leader with a team orientation to resolve challenges. Responsible for running the territory as a business by being well disciplined in a home office environment.
- Able to work with a hands-off manager and produce results.
- 5+ years of successful sales and/or marketing experience with a thorough understanding of complex, strategic diagnostic selling to major accounts
- 5+ years proven success in sales management
- Ability to work independently and can effectively motivate a stellar, executive level team
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
- Willing to work out of a home office
- Willing to travel within region --- up to 75%
- Have a valid driver's license and safe driving record, in accordance with current Packsize auto policy (company car provided)
- Must be able to comply with all Packsize and Packsize customers’ safety policies
