Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at MOIRA Cosmetics located in Commerce, CA. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, and organizing sales activities.
Qualifications
Fun and energetic personality with a passion for learning
2+ years preferred customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred and appreciated
Working knowledge of the wholesale/retail industry
Excellent communication/listening skills with the ability to problem solve
Self-motivated and results oriented
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft One Note, and Microsoft Power Point. Full Circle Database software experience a plus
