We're a passionate and ambitious team redesigning how healthcare fundamentally works for over 80 million self-insured, underinsured, and uninsured Americans. We built a simple and vertically-integrated direct primary care and urgent care health plan with a dedicated national network of providers that come directly to patients virtually or through in-home visits - so that they don’t have to miss work and waste hours in the waiting room. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone.

Who You Are
We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR), eager and excited about a fulfilling and meaningful career in sales.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with high EQ and the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities through targeted outbound prospects and consistently help build the pipeline for the team. As the first line of communication with our future customers, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up the sales team for success.

The Role
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting
- Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify qualified opportunities and secure meetings
- Represent the company’s products and services to potential customer
- Learn about and document our target audiences’ challenges and understand their pain points
- You are a hunter and are passionate, assertive, and confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude
- You are thrilled about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others
- One (1) or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a sales development representative, or similar outbound sales role, with a track record of consistently achieving ambitious sales quotas
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM and email tools
