Position Overview

Our client is an award-winning ERP Staffing provider looking for a driven and experienced Technology Staffing Sales Leader to take charge of recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires someone who can inspire team members, optimize processes, and collaborate closely with the leadership team.


Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, mentor, and train new sales representatives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to maximize team productivity.
  • Leadership & Direction: Lead the team toward achieving organizational goals and growth.
  • Process Development: Design and oversee effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work in partnership with the executive team to drive key initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Must have experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry
  • At least 1 year in a sales leadership role, ideally within IT or ERP-focused talent acquisition or staff augmentation.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience in establishing and managing sales processes.
  • Ability to align with our company culture and attract talent that fits well within it.


Performance Goals

  • Build a team of 5-10 sales reps within the first year, (1-3 per quarter)
  • Achieve $1M in sales gross profit in the first year.
  • Implement standardized sales processes to drive results.
  • Set clear objectives and hold the team accountable to meet targets.


Compensation and Perks

  • On Target Earnings: $160K+
  • Base Salary: $100K
  • Anniversary Bonus: $20K annually
  • Performance Incentive: $40K for reaching $1M sales profit milestone. Commission is tiered and uncapped!
  • Additional benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a 4-day work week, and a 401K plan.


Additional Requirements

  • This role requires on-site presence at our offices Monday through Thursday, Fridays are off!
