The Company:

My client is a leader in the manufacturing of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage cable systems for offshore energy projects. They specialise in providing cutting-edge solutions for complex interconnector projects and offshore wind farms. As they continue to expand globally, they seek a Sales Director, coordinating their central Europe offshore cable division, reporting into the European Head of Sales.

The Role:

As Director of sales, you will be responsible for,

• Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on large-scale offshore cable projects
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing new business opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to generate new leads, manage customer accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Commercial, and Project Management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing client relationships.

The Person:

• At least 3 years of sales within a renewables setting (preferably onshore or offshore wind)
• Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
• Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis
• Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial)
