Seasonal Consumer Care Agent

Jockey is seeking Part-time Seasonal Consumer Care Agents to join our team.

As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY, you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate Contact Center located in Kenosha, WI. This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone, email, text, and LiveChat, while providing exceptional customer support.

The schedule for this role will be: 2-3 shifts including a Saturday or Sunday.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders
  • Respond to consumer inquiries
  • Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions
  • Demonstrative effective problem solving and customer relation skills
  • Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge

What You'll Need

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment
  • Solid communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
