I am seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives customer success. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate across teams, and make a real impact on product development and customer experience.


About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will build and enhance data visualizations, empower internal teams and customers with actionable insights, and contribute to the development of a robust reporting suite. Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams, your work will directly influence customer outcomes and business growth.


What You'll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Visualization: Build and expand embedded reporting capabilities using tools like Looker, extending the underlying LookML data model to create meaningful insights.
  • Data Quality and Structure: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and optimize data structure feeding into the reporting platform.
  • Process Automation: Productionize reporting workflows, including version control, testing, and code deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Prioritize and manage product and customer requests, offering realistic timelines and regular progress updates.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver training sessions for internal teams and customers, ensuring they can maximize the value of the reporting suite.


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in Data Analytics or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role.
  • Expertise in creating data visualizations and complex data models using tools like Looker or Power BI.
  • Experience in Looker
  • Proficiency in SQL, with a strong preference for MySQL experience.
  • Attention to detail and confidence with stakeholders across diverse teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing architecture and data modelling best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern data warehouses (e.g., Redshift).
  • Exposure to AWS services and ETL processes.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining customer-facing reporting suites.
