Overview:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you'll oversee the efficient and profitable operations of multiple restaurant locations in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence by supervising day-to-day operations of multiple QSR locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure all financial and operational goals are met.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations and address customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety and coordinate with suppliers to ensure ingredient quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability and identify market trends.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in the QSR industry, with 3 years in a managerial role.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication, financial acumen, proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
